Established in 2002 Holyrood Events (HE) is Scotland's leading event management company. Our Account Management team and staff have been recruited and trained specifically to manage clients within Government, academic institutions, professional and trade organisations. HE's knowledge of existing and potential client organisations, their working practices and people is key to the success of our clients' events. HE presents the public voice and face of our clients, powerfully enabling effective and accessible communication with a wide range of audiences. Our philosophy is to allow our clients  to concentrate on the work they are employed to carry out by minimising  their input.

HE has an established and proven project management and tracking tool offering clients security of supply with the lowest possible risk. We will establish and agree our clients event outcomes and requirements, work to an agreed timetable, set a clear division of responsibilities, producing events which  attract a balanced audience with a clear “must attend” factor. HE continually strive to improve cost efficiency and understand the need to deliver on budget and on time. We observe the highest standards of confidentiality, continually monitor suppliers whilst pursuing and adopting technical and creative innovations.

The breadth of our event Services, delivered by full time specialists in their field, managed by dedicated Account Managers, using tested methodologies and controlled by robust reporting procedures allows due care to all clients requirements. HE have managed 240 conferences for Holyrood magazine and over 90 client events all with high profile contributors and with influential audiences .
